There are many problems with marijuana prohibition that regulation could solve. For one, regulating marijuana would improve the problem of teenage drug use by setting an age restriction and making it harder for youths to obtain. If marijuana use were not outside the law, youths could be educated about moderation and how to avoid impaired driving in the same way they are taught about alcohol.
