Kelly Johnston was accused of chaining her 15-year-old daughter to her bed last March after she accused of daughter of stealing marijuana from her.As part of a deal, Johnston pleaded no contest to the charges. (CBS) PHILADELPHIA Police announced two major busts that brought in millions in drugs and took an arsenal of weapons off the streets Monday.Officials said five people have been arrested and approximately $11 million worth of marijuana and $10,000 worth of crack-cocaine was seized in two separate drug busts.In what may be the largest amount of marijuana ever seized, officials said over 2,500 pounds of marijuana was confiscated during the raid of 1129 North 63rd Street Saturday evening.

BOWDON -- The police chief of Bowdon was on routine patrol when he came across what appeared to be a burglary in progress at a hair salon. And it was a burglary – of 200 pounds of pot that was being stored there.Officials say the suspects entered the Crane and Co. An 83-year-old Shreveport man pleaded guilty and got probation today for growing and selling marijuana from his home.Unis Coleman pleaded guilty in Caddo District Court to distribution of marijuana charges. FAIRFAX, Va. -- A high school teacher is under investigation after a student reported receiving marijuana from the teacher, Fairfax County police said.On Friday, the teacher allegedly gave marijuana to a 17-year-old boy in a school hallway after class, police said.
