The flag flying over the U.S. Capitol will be a little different today: It will reportedly be made of hemp! That's a substance that's actually illegal to grow in the United States. But lawmakers have been trying to change that law. The Washington Post reports a Colorado advocate came up with the plan to fly a hemp flag over the capitol.
