POT TV – Pre and post court appearance coverage of the trial of the CSP3 on POT.TV.
The CSP3, Neil Magnuson, George Middleton and Andrew Morgan, three members of a cannabis outreach service, were summoned to court for a fourth time after being raided and charged related to the trafficking of cannabis, in violation of the Cannabis Act.
Neil Magnuson appeared in person, with lawyer, Jack Lloyd, via video conference.
The Cannabis Substitution Program has long argued they are not in violation of the Act because they have attempted all available avenues to operate lawfully and transparently, in good faith, addressing a public health crisis with the support of the community.
The three are scheduled to return to court on October 12, 2022 at 9am.
