Federal ministers Jean-Yves Duclos, Carolyn Bennett, Morris Rosenberg, and Nathaniel Erskine-Smith discussed the delayed review of the Cannabis Act.
“It’s sometimes difficult to remember what was happening before 2018.” Jean-Yves Duclos told reporters regarding concerns over cannabis safety and regulation.
Good thing Cannabis Culture Magazine has been publishing since 1994. A brief glimpse into recent history showed clear, unambiguous criticism of cannabis policy and the shortcomings of the Cannabis Act, before, during, and after, the Act’s passage.
It would serve the ministers and the public well to take a look at what the cannabis culture and community has been saying for decades, before attempting an honest review of the legislation.
