Police Raid Activists, Protest Continues

POT TV – A recently raided protest resumed action one day after arrest and seizure.

Neil Magnuson, director of the Cannabis Substitution Project, which was raided by the Vancouver Police Department yesterday, vowed to continue demonstration protesting corrupt drug laws by providing low-barrier access to cannabis.

Magnuson told POT TV. “People trying to replace fentanyl, meth, crack, heroin, and other deadly drugs can find replacement, cessation and withdrawal symptom support from cannabis, our program has proven that for years. There is no legitimate reason we cannot receive licensing, and certainly no reason why police would raid us. This is shameful corruption.”

The Cannabis Substitution Project has openly defied Canadian cannabis laws with great success and support from drug addiction researchers, local politicians and the community.
