New Jersey residents recently voted in favour of ‘legal marijuana’, which is what Forchion, and many others, have been providing without complaint for years. However Forchion and other will be blocked from selling “regulated cannabis”. NJWeedman argues allowing the sales of a federally illegal substance for some, but not others, is selective prosecution.
