POT TV – 41 Action News reported on a medical marijuana patient arrested for possession.
Jamie Wilson was recently arrested by Missouri State Highway Patrol for cannabis possession, despite being a valid medical marijuana card holder, reported KSHB-TV.
Wilson’s arrest highlighted the continued prohibition enforcement tactics used against medical marijuana patients, before and after arrest. Wilson’s supplier was under surveillance, and Wilson was re-bonded after failing a drug test.
Felony charges against Wilson were dropped, but Jamie is still charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
