POT TV – ABC7 SWFL reported on an increase in licensing fees in Florida.
The price to license a medical marijuana business in Florida has been increasing.
First “the nonrefundable application fee had jumped from $61,000 to $146,000“, and now the biannual fee for operation has risen from $60,000 USD to $1.33 million USD.
The increase has resulted in a lawsuit.
