The CBC opens with the right question. Are there too few legal licensed producers of cannabis in Canada?
The answer, from a former health minister who now works in weed and profits from less competition, is that everything’s fine.
A lack of access for medical patients, a shrinking supply of medical cannabis providers, medical suppliers turning recreational, connections to organized crime, a mess of delivery and packaging, data breaches, empty stores, half-closed stores. Everything must be fine.
