POT TV – CBS reported on newly licensed mobile 420 tours in Colorado.
Though Colorado has had big puffing tours for years, regulation has shut them down. In their place, newly licensed tours are hoping to demonstrate more inclusive consumption rules, and make good on social equity promises.
Currently there are no legal smoking lounges operating in Colorado, and licensing remains overly restrictive.
