POT TV – Bloomberg glanced at the clash between Federal and State marijuana laws in the United States.
Despite being legal, in some form, in the majority of U.S. states, marijuana is still prohibited by U.S. Federal law. It’s both legal and illegal at the same time.
Though Federal law is said to supersede state law, the Federal government’s limitations to enforce rules, and to balance state independence and medical necessity within the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act, has led to wildly uneven enforcement of Federal drug laws.
