POT TV – KSHB-TV 41 Action News reported on a cannabis convict receiving a commuted sentence.
Robert Franklin, who was serving a 22 year sentence for a non-violent cannabis charge, was released from prison, reported KSHB-TV.
Missouri cannabis activists, the Canna Convict Project, contacted Franklin during his incarceration and petitioned Governor Mike Parson for release.
