Vermont Expunges Criminal Records For Some Cannabis Offenses

POT TV – NBC5-WPTZ reported on cannabis criminal record expungements in Vermont.

The Vermont House of Representatives recently voted to expunge the criminal records of residents who were charged with possession, up to 2 ounces, and cultivation, up to 4 mature plants, prior to 2021. Provisions include job application screenings and contact from the State when the expungement is complete.
