Tommie and sidekick Matt make a cocunut bubbler, but the whole project is turned into a bloody mess when Matt is stricken with an outbreak of chronic stigmata. Chief arrives to save the day and the whole gang partakes of some healthy cold-water-fusion hits.

In a solo episode, Tommie breaks out the bubble bags and gets to work making some tasty water-hash.

Tommie confesses his love of a new girl in his life to Matt and then the boys try to hawk some of their stuff off on to an unsuspecting public Home Shopping Network style.

Tommie gives Matt his point of view on pharmaceuticals, and then Chief and a friend from San Francisco drop by to hold the Toker's Bowl Oklahoma style, discuss weed prices, smoking techniques and other matters of high intellectual content.
