SPRINGFIELD, Ill. (AP) An Illinois House committee rejected a proposal to legalize medical marijuana, but not without one activist being detained by police. Irvin Rosenfeld of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, brought 300 marijuana cigarettes to the hearing.
