GENOA TOWNSHIP, Ohio -- Delaware County authorities arrested a husband and wife on Monday on drug charges in their Genoa Township home. Prosecutors said Richard Cracolice, 49, and his wife, Nancy, turned their home into a marijuana factory. The two were first arrested last year and Richard Cracolice spent three months in jail, NBC 4's Mike Bowersock reported. "No sooner than he left jail that he started up the marijuana trafficking again," said Genoa Township Police Chief Robert Taylor.

A teenager is tied up and robbed at gunpoint after answering a knock at his door. It happened just before 10:00 Sunday night at the Antonian Apartments, on the northwest side. Police say the 17-year-old victim was not cooperative with them in the beginning. They say the invasion is drug related. "They demanded marijuana," said Sgt. Curtis Coolidge of the San Antonio Police. "The victim told them where it was in the residence. They took that along with some electronics and left the location." The teen was discovered by his girlfriend when she returned from the store.

Three men from Surrey, B.C. were charged Thursday in Washington state with conspiracy to distribute and import marijuana. Months ago, Duval County jail inmate John Laughon wound up hospitalized and in a vegetative state after a series of events within the jail that have Laughon’s family members asking questions. "I want someone to investigate these people," Ginger Laughon, John’s mother, says of the authorities in charge during the incident. John’s attorney, Sean Cronin, says the 39 year old is now in a permanent vegetative state. They say the man who made a living getting houses ready for hurricanes was serving six months in jail on a marijuana charge.
