Marc Talks To NORML Founder Kieth StroupKeith Stroup is a Washington, DC public-interest attorney who founded NORML in 1970. Stroup served as the National Director of NORML from its founding through 1979, when marijuana was decriminalized in eleven states. He rejoined the board in 1994, and currently serves as the executive director.
