He was also featured in The Province newspaper nominating him for the job of consulting to the Washington State Liquor Control Board to help them produce and distribute legal marijuana.

In this episode: Today is Marc Emery's 1,045th day in prison and he's nearly finished two thirds of his sentence, with only 544 days left to the early release date of July 9th, 2014 (85% of the 5-year sentence for good behaviour). The paperwork for his transfer application to finish his sentence at home in Canada has arrived from his lawyer, and we hope to have him home by next Christmas.
