Today's show explores how the new Washington State Pot Law has turned into a real Dope Opera. The new law is being hijacked and abused by officials to close dispensaries, end home gardens, and make patients automatic DUID felons. Now the latest news is that the Liquor Control Board has approved over 200 pesticides for use in the cultivation of legal weed in Washington. Other prohibitionist attacks are underway in Colorado.

Today Steve talks to John Davis, who is CEO of Northwest Patients Resource Center and is a significant activists in Washington State. He also serves as executive director of a group called the Coalition for Cannabis Standards and Ethics, which promotes self regulation. He and Steve spoke about what happened at the Liquor Control Board Hearing recently held in Seattle and the threat it poseses to medical marijuana patients and dispensaries.
