Medical marijuana advocate Owen Smith discusses via Skype his March 20 Supreme Court of Canada hearing. Weed hasn’t been to the highest court in a dozen years! R v. Smith allows people in Health Canada’s Medical Marihuana Access Regulations to bake, pull hash and spray budder. Prosecutors have lost twice and will take their argument to the highest court in the land to determine once and for all whether or not people may use extracts.

Outlandish clothes help hide my physical shortcomings - in my case my crooked spine. Sometimes I view my body as broken. Chronic pain has me measuring my suffering on a scale of one to 10 every day. It's a way to help me understand a body riddled with hidden health issues: scoliosis, arthritis, fibromyalgia.
