POT TV – CBS Sacramento reported on unpaid taxes in the California cannabis industry.
Estimates range from 9 to 13% of taxes being unpaid by California cannabis businesses, representing up to a half a billion dollars, spanning over 250 retailers.
The problem, based on restrictive prohibition licensing fees and barriers, is not limited to California.
