POT TV – Lionel Legal shared a hot take on changes to New York cannabis laws.
In between West Tampa slang, and a seeming affection for the scent of old school cultivars, Lionel Legal shared a strange take on New York’s recent state-level legalization of weed: Keep weed legal, with no penalty, but arrest people who use it in public.
Though New York was once home to famed hash parlors, there aren’t many legal places to smoke anymore, if any, and the continued over-regulation of cultivation and sales seems to be making only generic gas available to Lionel’s nose.
If New Yorkers have places to barbecue, cook, burn incense, run combustion engines, and other potential scent expanding activities, why can’t they have enough places to smoke?
