POT TV – PIX11 News reported on large medical cannabis companies suing New York cannabis regulation agencies.
A group led by large cannabis multi-state operators, Coalition for Access to Regulated & Safe Cannabis, is suing New York regulator agencies who the coalition claims have restricted licenses to only applicants with social interest. PIX11 reported.
The obvious question was not asked: What’s stopping multi-state cannabis companies, who love to lobby in the name of safety and social good, from being non-profits, hiring drug war victims, and/or using their profits to dismantle and repair corrupt drug laws?
