KCAL News CBS reported on the tragic case of parents unsatisfied with the penalty received by their deceased daughter’s boyfriend, who they blame for the death. According to KCAL, the boyfriend tested positive for THC, which the parents believe was a significant factor.
Local authorities were skeptical of how a firm THC intoxication test level, which is used in other states, would accurately identify impairment.
