POT TV – VICE spoke with Ed “NJ Weedman” Forchion about the difference between legalization and corporatization.

Ed “NJ Weedman” Forchion is a New Jersey cannabis activist formerly incarcerated for marijuana. Ed voted against the state’s bate-and-switch legalization.
New Jersey offered voters ‘legal marijuana’ in a referendum, but is only licensing ‘regulated cannabis’ in a system that does not include those already peacefully practicing marijuana livelihoods. Why is any peaceful garden in the Garden State not automatically legal? Why is any safe local produce not available legally?
