POT TV – A Scottish youth is petitioning the government for medical cannabis access, reported STV News.
A 13 year old in Edinburgh has written a letter to the First Minister of Scotland, Nicola Sturgeon, for access to medical cannabis for his brother.
His brother, who uses low-dose CBD oil, is unable to access the medicine under the NHS, and, privately, the cost can be £2,000 a month.
