POT TV – ABC Nightline looked at legalization continuing prohibition under a new name.
ABC’s Nightline looked at legal cannabis, but didn’t ask too many questions, and didn’t inhale.
Ed Forchion, who is currently suing the State of New Jersey over its regulated cannabis system, told Nightline. “It wasn’t the legalization we all envisioned.”
Why are licensed cannabis companies allowed to repeat the lie that “regulated cannabis” is “safer” and of a better “quality” that unlicensed cannabis? Unlicensed cannabis, which has been grown for thousands of years, has never killed anyone and has delighted millions of people. Why are cannabis pioneers who’ve cared for patients and customers through prohibition being denied entry into a legal market?
