Last year Health Canada threatened to fine or imprison POT TV for broadcasting a peaceful pot protest, the 26th annual Vancouver 420 protest. How can peaceful people petitioning their government for sensible drug laws be a punishable offense?
The message is clear: Cannabis is not inherently harmful. No more prison or penalty for being peaceful with pot. Expunge all non-violent cannabis criminal records. Support low-barrier access to cannabis, and support medical marijuana patients. Respect herbal autonomy. Drug war peace and repair.
This year we look back at Vancouver’s epic 2019 420 protest, undeniable proof tens of thousands of people can simultaneously use, sell, buy, trade and celebrate marijuana with no rules and no serious ill consequence. There is not, and has never been, an excuse for the unconstitutional treatment of cannabis users in Canada, or across the world.

For over six months the Minister of Health, Patty Hajdu, has been holding an Emergency request for a federal exemption for Vancouver’s Cannabis Substitution Project. Contact the Health Minister and ask why it’s taken over 6 months to address an Emergency request.
