During the run-up and run-over of Bill C45, CTV News forgot to browse their own archives, and the Canadian Senate’s report on pot that advised legal access to cannabis at the age of 16. Their current 420 reporting comes as no surprise.
“There’s more harsh penalties, more money being spent on law enforcement, medical access is denied, dispensaries are closed, in fact everything that was illegal before, is still illegal now.” Jodie Emery told reporters.
