POT TV – Pennsylvania state Representative Jordan Harris spoke at a rally advocating cannabis reform.
As more US states continue to reform their cannabis laws, the pressure to modernize drug laws is intensifying, and representatives who herald the cause seem to be catching favor. Jordan Harris made his position in Pa. clear. “The war on drugs has been nothing more than a war on people.”
Harris was joined by Rep. Ed Gainey and others demanding an end to the drug war.
