Medical cannabis access has been an uphill fight in Texas with progress happening in drops.
A tightly regulated low-dosage tincture will be the first cannabis product available. Limited to certain seizure-related conditions that can be diagnosed by only five doctors and available from one producer, Texas’s medical cannabis supply will be onerous on patients, and will need much reform in the future.
