The Marijuana Policy Project honored Hugh Hefner March 30th for being a pioneer in the fight for the legalization of medicinal marijuana and Michelle Phillips, Snoop, Mike Simpson of The Dust Brothers, Adam Carolla, Ray Benson and Tommy Chong all celebrated in grand style at the Playboy Mansion in Los Angeles.
