Pot plants uprooted from Scarborough wooded area

A partially wooded area in Toronto’s east-end became the focus of police attention over the weekend when officers discovered a multimillion dollar marijuana garden.

The plants were growing in an industrial area near McLevin Avenue just east of Markham Road, surrounded by trees.
