Officer: “The reason I stopped you, you were going 78 in a 60.” Officer: “I thought you looked familiar.”
It started out as a routine traffic stop.
Then the officers learned Irvin had a warrant out for his arrest for failing to pay a traffic fine.
Officer: “I’ve got some bad news for you, you have some warrants out for your arrest.”
During a search of his car police found a drug pipe with a plastic bag containing marijuana residue.
Officer: “Im not charging you for the weed, I’m charging you for the paraphernalia.”
