(FAYETTEVILLE) – Cumberland County authorities say they’ve arrested a man who found a fertile spot to grow some illicit herbs — his grandmother’s garden. Cornelius Shaw is charged with manufacturing marijuana that he allegedly grew in his grandmom’s back yard.
