(CBS 5) An early morning fire led to the discovery of nearly 200 marijuana plants in San Francisco’s Excelsior District on Thursday.
Police and fire crews responded to the small blaze on Vienna Street at around 1am. While containing the flames, officers discovered an extensive pot growing operation. In addition to the plants, fire officials found elaborate irrigation and lighting systems in the building’s garage.
