This CBC spotlight on Vancouver women – Carol Gwilt, Hilary Black & Watermelon – who work inside and outside the cannabis laws to bring the weed to the people, and if it were legal, would bring it ot the masses. The Pot TV studio was used exstensively in co-operation on this one.
