Newshawks: Drug Testing Junior Hockey Players

CBC Newsworld interviews a member of the Quebec Major Junior Hockey Leagues and discusses Quebec Hockey’s plans to institute random drug testing and suspend players caught using drugs in the face of a recent review showing that up to 40% of players use drugs (mostly marijuana and hash, but also amphedamines). ALSO included: CBC has updated its marijuana commercial. (No longer ‘marijuana use is no longer an offence’…now ‘parliament may decriminalize marjuana possession’). Special thanks to Guardian99 for this clip.
