Just when you thought the War was over in Vansterdam…. former Pot TV News Anchor Richard Cowan and US med-pot refugee Steve Tuck got pulled over on a bogus traffic violation and were subjected to a on the spot search. When all was said and done Steve only recieved a ticket for not driving with a valid Canadian License.
