The DEA was taken by surprise by activists from Americans for Safe Access, who held a medical marijuana power breakfast in the Polo Lounge of the Beverly Hills Hotel while DEA chief Asa Hutchinson was there trying to promote the DEA agenda at an invitation-only meeting of the Hollywood elite.
