From nickle bags of bud to a Maui marijuana helicopter seizure, COPS highlighted the insanity of the drug war, and the inconsistent use of law enforcement.
One officer tossed a nickle bag and roaches away, opting to thankfully not charge a suspect. Another cop was eager to get his hands on just a pinch of pot.
