POT TV – KTVB reported on slow progress to Idaho cannabis laws.
Idaho was slow to join the rest of the United States, allowing hemp production, distribution and processing, but is now planting cannabis roots.
However anyone who cannot pass a local and federal criminal background check, including past marijuana convictions, is ineligible for a license to grow industrial hemp, leaving out those who were harmed by the plant’s prohibition.
