Leo and Longevity Discussed Hacking Cannabis

POT TV – Biohacking broadcaster, Leo and Longevity, discussed potential health risks to sperm in “What They Don’t Tell You About Marijuana“.

Does using weed increase the risk of mental disorders in your children? That’s the hump to hack.

Leo and Longevity focused on “Paternal THC exposure in rats causes long-lasting neurobehavioral effects in the offspring“, but didn’t focus much on the methodology, which included giving rat test subjects alcohol and refined sugar, reported to also alter methylation.

Methylation measuring methodology also wasn’t mentioned. Why is so much DNA information excluded before CpG sites are mapped? A flawed approach can lead to inherently wrong results.

If a rat doesn’t want to run a “novel” maze, does that mean ADHD is to blame? Maybe we need more studies, and to pay more attention to life before we hack buds out of our biology.

Whether or not parents consume cannabis, prohibition of pot undeniably has a negative impact on young people. Whereas the cited study stated, “This moderate dose of THC administered to male rats during 12 days did not significantly affect rates of conception and birth indices.”
