Indiana Will Not Legalize Cannabis Until Feds Do

POT TV – The Cannabis Broadcast Station reported on comments made by Indiana governor, Eric Holcomb.

Indiana Governor, Eric Holcomb, told 13WTHR he continues to support marijuana prohibition in the state because the science on medical cannabis isn’t well understood.

“I would encourage research, proper research, to be conducted,” CBS quoted Holcomb.

There have been over 25,000 research papers published on cannabis in the last hundred years. The Governor was not specific about what he did not understand, or what had not been studied.

Holcomb said he will not move to enact any marijuana legislation before the Federal government.
