Namibian Ganja Users Fight to Court For Marijuana Legalization

POT TV – NBC covered a ganja user group fighting for fair access to marijuana.

Ganja Users of Namibia, a group aligned with case plaintiff, Brian Jaftha, is fighting for access to marijuana and an end to prohibition measures. The group wants all incarcerated cannabis convicts freed within six months of laws changing, and fair laws allowing proper access to dagga.

Jaftha told Eagle FM Namibia police inflate the price of ganja to prop up harsh measures. Jaftha quoted a current price of $CND 95.00 per pound.
