Forbes feature flashed Charles Koch as a unifying peace-maker on pot in politics, but Koch’s lobbying efforts have always been bipartisan, and have always been in the drug war.
Through groups like ALEC, Koch has lobbied in favour of drug war policing and incarceration, among other things, for years.
Whether Koch is looking to pivot his ethanol subsidies into smarter fuel, or is genuinely interested in expungement and repair, will be seen.
