POT TV – PBS Newshour reported on the lack of fair drug war repair in Massachusetts legal licensing, and new cannabis industries.
When a denied applicant was asked why they wanted a store in the area, they replied. “They held me in a jail right there … [They] should allow me to become a successful businessman in the same space.”
Multiple small cannabis business operators are stuck in licensing limbo, or being left out entirely, despite promises to include small entrepreneurs hurt by the drug war.
PBS Newshour spoke to successful small business equity operators, applicants of the program, the Cannabis Control Commission, and more.
