What Sabet seemed unable to say is how the driving factor of his Reefer Madness is current criminal prohibition. Until arrests for peaceful pot stop completely, the price, availability and quality of cannabis will always be determined by underground markets, not best practice.
“In 1965 if you were pro-marijuana, you were pro-freedom …” Sabet said. “It’s totally different now.”
