Despite having a medical marijuana program, and neighboring states with cannabis, Ohio is trapping medical patients. Without access to a proper program to access cannabis medicine, sick and suffering residents with medical marijuana licenses are crossing state lines to buy cannabis, and being stopped by police on the way home.
